BIO

Hi my name is Elyza (She, Her, Hers), I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island; Licensed Telehealth provider in Florida and Vermont.
I specialize in working with Adolescents, and Adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment through difficult transitions, body image, self esteem, and working with LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults. I strive to support each individual in determining their own goals and helping them find success and hope in meeting their goals.
My approach is filled with collaboration, being strength based, understanding, accepting, and honest. I utilize an eclectic mix of Client centered, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness with those I work with. I provide insight and support to individuals and families and help them find their path towards accomplishment because change is hard!
