About Me.
Hi, I’m Elyza Bertuzzi (She/Her), a licensed mental health counselor registered yoga teacher dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and compassionate space for you. I believe that therapy should be a space for both healing and laughter — I aim to bring a lightheartedness to our work together without sacrificing the depth of the process. As an empathetic and honest therapist, I’m here to listen, guide, and support you every step of the way.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m an avid reader, passionate yogi, and have a bit of a wanderlust soul with a love for travel. I truly believe in the importance of self-care and personal growth, both in and outside of therapy, and I work hard to embody those values in my own life.
If you’re seeking a warm, understanding environment where you can finally address those traumas or anxieties, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
