Rooted & Blooming is a gentle, grounding workshop that combines the healing practices of yoga and flower arranging to support anxiety relief and emotional well-being. Participants are guided through a trauma-informed yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence, and reconnect with the body. Following the movement session, we transition into mindful flower arranging—a creative and sensory experience that encourages self-expression, stillness, and joy.
